Added triplewide support to 3 games on PCSX2. The pnach files are designed for 5040x1050 but it should work ok for most triplewide resolutions.
To cheat in PCSX2 using built in injector: Load .iso you want to cheat and run game. In command line locate pnach number for game you wish to modify.
