Erika Carlsson was a pretty big star in Mexico at the time (which explains her prominent billing on the MACABRA version) and here as the busty nurse who runs afoul of the hand has DREADFUL HORROR & SHLOCK GORE The Thing (1982) Cult nightmarish science-fiction tale with outrageous Gore scenes, intense suspense, a dreadful sense of doom infusing every scene; John Carpenter's cinematography is splendid. It's also one of the best non-official adaptation of the Lovecraft/Cthulhu Mythos lore. Cool score too. Quite recently I watched Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia and I really enjoyed it.
